The spacious and attractive kitchen is equipped with all modern SMEG appliances, including a hob & oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Enjoy a selection of tea and coffee, fresh milk, condiments, and snacks to keep you fueled throughout your stay. The comfortable lounge features a television with a DSTV package included, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

The main bedroom offers a queen-size bed with Egyptian cotton bedding, built-in cupboards, and block-out curtains for a restful night’s sleep. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower, bath, toilet, and basin for your convenience. The second bedroom has two single beds, a business work area, and a guest bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. High-quality towels are provided for your comfort.

Safe, basement parking is included, with direct access to the complex from the basement. The MyCiti bus stop is right outside the apartment complex, offering easy access to Llandudno, Camps Bay, Clifton Beaches, and Cape Town CBD. Alternatively, you can use the UBER taxi service for reliable transportation.

Key / Breakage deposit
A R2000 key and breakage deposit is payable with the final full payment (one week prior to arrival) and is refundable within 5 to 7 working days after the apartment has been scrutinised and all found in order. We encourage you to let us know if any breakages occur during your stay so that we can attend to them. Although you may be liable to pay for the repair, we won’t bite your head off!
Booking Deposit
At the time of making your booking, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance of the payment is required prior to arrival.
Minimum Stay required
• Min stay 2 nights
• 4 nights over Easter weekend
• 5 nights in high season
• Long weekends must be booked as a complete entity
The following will affect the refund:
- If there are any traces, signs, or smells indicating that someone was smoking in the apartment, the deposit will not be refunded.
- If we are made aware of any act of misbehavior or disturbance, the breakage deposit will not be refunded.
- If any item is missing, broken, or damaged, the replacement value will be subtracted from the deposit.
- If you discover an instance of damage caused by a previous guest that we have missed, please let us know right away so that we don’t think it’s your fault.
- If you leave irremovable stains on the bedding or towels that cause them to need to be replaced, the costs will be subtracted from the deposit. We have supplied guests with special make-up towels.
- Any cost incurred to rectify dk villa’s apartment after the stay will be subtracted from the breakage deposit. This also applies to heavy cleaning so do your best to leave the property in the state in which you found it or you may be liable to cover the costs of additional cleaning.
