Harbour View offers self-catering accommodation for up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups. The apartment features 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms (1 queen, 2 double) with fine cotton linen and feather duvets for a comfortable night’s sleep.  You’ll find 2 bathrooms in the apartment, including an en-suite bathroom with a relaxing bath and a shared bathroom with a rejuvenating shower. High-quality towels are provided for your convenience.


Two dedicated undercover basement parking bays, ensuring that you have a secure place to park your vehicle during your stay.

One of the highlights of Harbour View is the stunning view it offers towards the Sentinel & Karbonkelberg, overlooking the picturesque Hout Bay and its bustling harbour.


The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and boasts an open plan kitchen with Caesarstone worktops, an electric hob, a dishwasher, and other modern appliances to make meal preparation a breeze. The comfortable lounge area is equipped with a flat-screen TV that includes a DSTV package for your entertainment needs. Additionally, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.


At Harbour View, children are always welcome, but it’s important to note that those under 12 must be accompanied in the lift for their safety.

House Rules

Before booking your stay at Harbour View, there are a few house rules to keep in mind. A R2000 key/breakage deposit is required upon check-in, which will be refunded after a thorough inspection of the apartment. Additionally, a 50% booking deposit is needed to secure your reservation, and a minimum stay of 2 nights is required, with longer stays necessary during peak seasons. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, and pets are not allowed on the premises.

Minimum Nights stay

• Min stay 2 nights
• 4 nights over Easter weekend
• 5 nights in high season
• Long weekends must be booked as a complete entity

Booking Deposit

At the time of making your booking, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance of
the payment is required prior to arrival.

The following will affect the refund:

  • If there are any traces, signs, or smells indicating that someone was smoking in the apartment, the deposit will not be refunded. If we are made aware of any act of misbehavior or disturbance, the breakage deposit will not be refunded.If any item is missing, broken or damaged, the replacement value will be subtracted from the deposit. If you discover an instance of damage caused by a previous guest that we have missed, please let us know right away so that we don’t think it’s your fault.If you leave irremovable stains on the bedding or towels that cause them to need to be replaced, the costs will be subtracted from the deposit. We have supplied guests with special make-up towels.
